BABY CHANGING UNIT: In the disabled toilet that`s near the hall you will find a baby changing unit.
BAR "EL CIELO": Located on our "Sky pool" terrace, on the 9th floor (Adults Only). Enjoy a delicious cocktail whilst you contemplate our fantastic views and have a refreshing dip in the pool. Open from 11:30 to 19:30
BAR ''POPA'': The bar, located near the Hall, is open from 10.00 until 23:30.
BEAUTY SALON: You will find it near the Spa. Please, book your treatment at the Spa. In the case you are not able to, you can also book it at the reception.
BREAKFAST: We offer a buffet service at our PROA restaurant situated opposite our reception. Open every day from 07:30 to 10:30.

CASH DEPOSIT: In reception we`ll attend you gladly.
COAT HANGERS: If you find that you haven`t got enough coat hangers in your wardrobe, we can supply you a few more in reception.
COURTESY SHOWER: In case of a late departure, you can use the showers that you will find in the Spa area. At reception we will provide you with towels, free of charge.
CRADEL: We offer cradles, free of charge, for our little guests.
CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, Access, American Express and Diners Club.
CREDIT: We offer unlimited credit in all our departments. Just sign your receipt and write your room number on it.

DEPARTURE DAY: Please be sure to vacate your room before 12.00h (PM). Thank you for your understanding. If you wish a later check-out, please contact Reception in advance.
DINNER: We offer a buffet service in our PROA restaurant, located in front of reception, or an a la carte service in our AMURA restaurant located next to the outdoor pool. Both services from 19:00 to 22:00
DOCTOR AND FIRST AID KIT: Ask at reception.

ELECTRICITY: 220 volts. Place your room card into the card slot, which you will find beside the door as you enter your room. This ensures that the electricity is turned on. To use the cooker, turn on the corresponding switch and the time switch. There is a socket in the bathroom which is solely for electric shavers. It has an outlet of 125 volts.
EMERGENCY EXITS: In each of the Hotel`s hallways you will find security doors, fire extinguishers, and exit signs. Please carefully read the emergency plan that you will find on the door in your room.
EXCURSIONS: In reception we will attend you gladly.

FLORIST: Our flower service is available from Monday to Saturday. You can make your orders at the reception.

GYM: Our gym, next to the Spa, is open 24 hours a day and is available, free of charge.

INFORMATION AND GENERAL BOOKINGS: Taxis, Horse-riding, Bicycles, Motorcycles, Marineland, Western Park, Aquapark, Mini golf, Car hire, Restaurants, etc., contact Reception.

LAUNDRY: We have a room available with a washing machine and a dryer that work with coins. You will find it on the third floor, opposite room 301 where you can also find utilities to iron free of charge.
LUGGAGE ROOM: At the hall there is a place where you can store your luggage on your entry day or your departure day.
LUGGAGE SERVICE: In case of requesting this service, please contact reception and we will help you.
LUNCH: We offer an A la Carte service at our Amura restaurant, situated next to our outdoor pool, with spectacular views to Palmanova bay. Open from 12:30 to 16:00.

MASSAGES: If you require our masseur, please book your treatment at the Spa. In the case you are not able to, you can also book it at the reception.
MONEY EXCHANGE: In reception you can change foreign currency at the daily rate set by the Bank of Spain. This facility is available 24 hours a day.

OUTDOOR POOL: It is allowed to swim from 10:00h until 19:00h from June until mid-September. The rest of the season is from 10:00h until 17:00h. Please do not use it after these times for respect of other guests and to facilitate the correct water purification. The outdoor pool is opened from mid-April until mid-October. It`s not permitted to move the sun beds from the pool area. RESERVING SUNBEDS IT IS NOT PERMITTED. PERSONAL BELONGINGS LEFT UNATTENDED TO RESERVE SUNBEDS MAY BE REMOVED BY OUR STAFF.
OUTGOING MAIL: There is a daily mail collection (about 12:00h) except Sundays. You may leave any correspondence at Reception.

PLAYGROUND: You will find it on the garden that is by the ramp access to the Hotel, we kindly ask you to stay with your child during the use of these facilities.
POOL TOWELS: If you wish, Ponent Mar offers a towel rental service for the pool. This service is free for our customers. For more information, ask at Reception. Please do not use the room white towels outside.
PRINTER: In reception we have this service available.

RESTAURANT "AMURA": On our outdoor terrace, next to the pool and with fantastic views of the bay, you can enjoy an a la carte lunch (12.30h to 16:00h) or a romantic, candle lit dinner (19:00 to 22:00)
RESTAURANT BUFFET "PROA": The PROA Restaurant is located in front of the reception area. It offers a Buffet service for breakfast from 07:45 to 10:15 and Buffet service for dinner from 19:00 to 22:00.
ROOM ACCESORIES: Please, do not take towels or any other type of items from the room. To preserve the look of the hotel, we kindly ask you not to hang your clothes from your balcony, please use the clothesline that you will find on your terrace.

SEWING KIT: In Reception we have a sewing kit that you can use.
SAFE: They are located in the wardrobe of your room. To activate it, press the red button you will find in the superior part of the door. Then, enter 6 digits of your choice, followed by “#”. At this point your safe has memorized your code. To open or close your safe, you must enter the same 6 digits, followed by “#”. When the green light is on, turn the lock to open or close. Please leave your safe opened on your departure day.
SATELLITE TV: There are English, Spanish, French and German channels. In our TV system you can also find radio channels.
SECURITY: We have a night watchman in the Hotel complex. We also have an extensive system of security cameras 24 hours a day. During the night, please remember that others are sleeping.
SKY POOL TERRACE: You can access it by going up the elevators at the hall to the 9th floor. At the entrance you will find the opening hours and the rules of the pool. Its use and enjoyment is exclusive for adults only.
SMALL APPLIANCE: Apart from the small appliances that are in your room we have others, on request. Please, ask Reception and they will supply them if they have any.
SPA: Our Spa is located on the 3rd floor. Open all year round. The schedules can be found at the entrance. We have an "ADULTS ONLY" schedule and at certain times children are also allowed to enter (12:00-16:00), as long as they are accompanied by an adult. If you wish to book a beauty treatment, a sports or relaxing massage, do not hesitate to contact our SPA staff or reception.
SUNBEDS: Reserving sunbeds is not permitted. Personal belongings left unattended to reserve sunbeds may be removed by our staff.
SUPERMARKET: It is located on the third floor, below the hall. In it, you will find a wide range of products at competitive prices with the convenience of not having to leave the Hotel. Open Thursday 30th, Friday 31st, Saturday 1st from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00, Sunday 2nd 09:00 to 12:00. Monday 3rd from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. From Tuesday 4th CLOSED.

TELEPHONE: -To call Reception, dial 99. -Interior calls: dial the room number which you want. These calls are free of charge. -Inside calls: Dial the room number you wish to contact. These calls are free of charge. -Outside calls: International: Dial 0 to get a line. When you have this, dial 00 and wait for the international tone. Then dial the national code (44 for the United Kingdom) followed by the area code but omit the first 0 (Example: London is 0171 so you should dial only 171). Finally, dial the number of the person who you want to contact. National: dial 0 to get a line. When you have it, dial the number of the person you want to speak to.
TENNIS AND PADDEL: The nearest club you will find it at about 1km distance from the hotel and it has clay courts. You can make reservations at reception.
TOWEL CHANGING: Our maids will change your towels daily. If you wish to have them changed more often, please make your way to reception and we will gladly attend you.

WAKE UP SERVICE: If you want an early-morning call, leave your room number and the time you want to be woken at reception.
WIFI: Aparthotel Ponent Mar has FREE and UNLIMITED high-speed WIFI service throughout our complex. Connect to the network "PONENT MAR" where it will automatically redirect you to a site where you have to register and e-mail address or Facebook account. Once registered, you can connect.
